OUR MISSION :

TO PROVIDE THE MOST PREMIER, ENRICHING, GROWTH-STRUCTURED SOCCER EXPERIENCE FOR OUR PLAYERS AND THEIR FAMILIES; AND THEREBY, DEVELOP INTO A WINNING PROGRAM.

OUR COMMITMENT:
To you as a player is:   To develop your soccer skills, teach you how to become a student of the game, help you find your love for the game, develop social and team skills to help you in life, and give you the opportunities to play this game as long as your can at whatever level you desire.

To you as a parent/soccer family is:   To provide a high-class sports experience.  To build a team structure and reputation of which you and your family, and our community can be proud.

To our Coaches:   To help educate on game tactics, technical training, sideline manners, and  team management.

Moral Philosophy

“Upon common theaters indeed, the applause of the audience is of more value to the actors than their own approbation. But upon the stage of life, while conscience claps let the world hiss. On the contrary, if conscience disapproves the loudest applauses of the world are of little value.”

-John Adams-

We expect honest aggressive play.  We do not promote, teach, or excuse any type of foul play.  The actions of any coach or athlete who engages in such foul play will be viewed as an open confession of their own poor preparation, inadequate tactical knowledge, and lack of self-control. Individuals who express such inadequacies will be placed under consideration for replacement.

The Name

Dynamo: an energetic, hardworking, forceful person*; informal an energetic hard-working person* ;  At the very core of each team there must abide hard working and energetic individuals. We chose this name because even the most talented individuals cannot lean on their natural skills alone to achieve long term success.

All coaches are required to participate in a quarterly Club strategies meeting. It will contain a strategies lecture and on occasion some hands on field time.

Tournaments

The club will pick 2 in state tournaments at which we would like to have a strong presence each year. As the tournaments may differ year to year an announcement will be sent out to team administrators to be handled by individual teams. As a general rule, individual teams have the freedom to enter however many and whichever tournaments they chose. The individual team will be responsible for their registration, fees, rosters, etc.

 Sunday Play

No team member will be required by team, coach, or club to play on Sunday. The individual teams will hold anonymous voting to determine the majority’s decision to play on Sunday on a case to case basis.
